Marketing Account Executive
We are looking for a detail oriented Marketing Account Executive to join our team. In this key role the Marketing Account Executive is responsible for acting as a liaison between the Clients and internal team members, helping ensure the delivery of contracted work. The Marketing Account Executive contributes to the company’s mission to provide fast-moving, data-focused marketing programs to science industries by developing strong relationships with the Clients and coordinating necessary elements that ensure projects can be delivered with the utmost quality and on time.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for:
- Management of Client relationships, including management of communications and expectations, through the use of Company processes and systems.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating campaign updates, progress, and results. Collaborating with internal teams such as designers, copywriters, and data analysts to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Use the information in the project management system to get status updates prior to Client meetings. Update relevant information from the meeting within the relevant tasks, comments and statuses.
- Draft meeting summaries to email to clients within 2 business days, follow up with clients re their actions after meetings
- Work to get Client approval of elements, keeping the timeline on track
- Work to help set up new Clients with Covalent Bonds’ systems and processes
- Understanding Covalent Bonds services and seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients
Accountable for:
- Ensure contracted services are being delivered
- Act as an advocate of the contract, highlighting where things are out of scope (to both internal teams and to Clients).
- Working with Clients to quote additional work, or to help create a change order to the contract.
- Organization of all Client materials (files, images, etc within the Client folders)
Consulted on:
- Brief development to help ensure the right resources are engaged in the delivery
- Marketing strategy development
Kept informed on:
- Understand Client’s offerings, unique value proposition (UVP), and business goals
- Client strategy
